this is the data file for the training of WikiCiKE
The folders are orgnized in a structure as:
database - template - attribute - text/attribute
the files in folder "text" are the raw text of wiki articles, one row stands for one article.
the files in folder "attribute" are the attr-value pairs, each row in this file has a counterpart in the files in folder "text"

all English wiki articles are translated into Chinese in advance
all files are in UTF-8 format.
